Please note that you may exchange your merchandise for 100% of the original value if the exchange is made within 30 days of purchase. All exchanges have to be accompanied with the original invoice. Unfortunately we do not issue refunds.



How to make a Return?

To exchange the selection you have purchased, you may bring the merchandize to us in person. If you wish to exchange your selection for something from our website, you may email us at customercare@ethnicdesigns.com. You may then mail it to us with your invoice. After we receive the merchandize from you, and our returns department accepts it, our sales representatives will assist you in making the exchange and your new selection will be mailed to you.


Please note that all merchandise has to be insured when shipping back. Exchanges cannot be made if unaccompanied with the original invoice.
